Missions principales

• Shape and oversee the company's legal direction and corporate governance practices.
• Ensure full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal corporate standards.
• Provide strategic legal counsel on a wide range of complex business and operational matters.
• Proactively identify potential legal exposures and implement robust risk management strategies.
• Draft, review, and finalize high-stakes contractual and legal documentation.
• Collaborate closely with operational business units and manage relationships with external legal counsel.

Profil recherché

• Proven track record in a senior legal leadership position within a corporate environment.
• Deep expertise in the legal frameworks and regulatory landscape of the region.
• Exceptional interpersonal, advisory, and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential matters with utmost professionalism.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic is mandatory.
