Senior Property Consultant

About the role

The Senior Property Consultant will join Coldwell Banker’s Heliopolis office, managing a portfolio of residential and commercial properties. You will advise clients on selection, pricing and market trends, guiding them through buying, selling or leasing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of residential and commercial properties.
• Provide expert advice on property selection, pricing, and market dynamics.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiate deals and close transactions.
• Generate leads, follow up prospects and prepare proposals.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction flow and high‑quality service.
• Stay updated on local market developments and contribute to branch sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong consulting and advisory abilities with a client‑focused mindset.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Proven customer‑service orientation and ability to build trust‑based relationships.
• Demonstrated sales experience with lead generation and target achievement.
• Solid knowledge of Egypt’s real estate market, regulations and property types.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or related field preferred.
• Ability to work on‑site in Heliopolis, manage multiple clients and maintain organization.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Competence in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
