Server – Guest Service Expert (Full-time)

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and attentive Server to join our Guest Service team at Le Méridien in Oran. As a front‑of‑house professional, you will help create memorable dining experiences by delivering prompt, courteous service and ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant floor.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and clear tables, maintain a clean and organized dining area.
• Take guest orders, communicate accurately with the kitchen, and serve food and beverages.
• Handle guest inquiries, resolve minor issues, and ensure satisfaction throughout the meal.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
• Assist with inventory checks, restocking supplies, and basic cash handling.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Less than one year of experience in food‑and‑beverage service.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance) for extended periods.
• Professional appearance, reliable attendance, and a positive attitude.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of menu items and ability to read and verify orders.
• Effective communication with guests and kitchen staff.
• Customer‑service orientation and teamwork.
