Station Supervisor

About the role

Swissport Algeria is seeking an experienced Station Supervisor for its QSF Station in Sétif. The role involves leading ground‑handling teams to deliver safe, on‑time and customer‑focused services in a busy airport environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily ground‑handling operations, ensuring safety, service quality and on‑time performance.
• Lead, coach and develop operational teams while maintaining compliance with company procedures and airline requirements.
• Coordinate with airlines, airport authorities and internal stakeholders to guarantee seamless operations.
• Monitor operational performance, proactively resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure full compliance with safety, security and operational standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Aviation, Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in ground‑handling operations.
• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role, including experience as a Turnaround Coordinator or Ground Dispatcher.
• Experience in passenger services operations.
• Fluency in English, French and Arabic.
• Strong leadership, communication, decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Altea DCS system.
• Knowledge of load control procedures and airport operations.
• Competent use of Microsoft Office applications.
