Student Assistant – Data Collection & Analysis

About the role

Dataloops is seeking a motivated Student Assistant to join its AI team in Tangier. This full‑time, on‑site internship offers hands‑on experience with data preparation, basic analysis, and support for machine‑learning projects.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and organize datasets for AI and ML initiatives.
• Document data workflows and prepare simple reports.
• Assist senior engineers and data scientists with model evaluation and testing.
• Write or adapt basic scripts to automate routine tasks.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute ideas on emerging AI tools.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Foundational programming knowledge, preferably Python.
• Basic experience with spreadsheets and data documentation.
