Superviseur HSE – Site industriel

About the role

The HSE Supervisor will ensure that the pharmaceutical laboratory’s industrial site complies with all health, safety, and environmental regulations. You will lead risk‑identification activities, promote a safety culture, and support waste‑reduction initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce HSE compliance with applicable legislation.
• Identify, evaluate, and control occupational risks, including workplace conditions, equipment safety, and environmental protection.
• Educate and train employees on HSE procedures and risk‑prevention practices.
• Track and support projects aimed at reducing waste generation.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
• Specialized HSE training and certifications (electrical safety, chemical safety, HACCP, BPH).
• Proven experience (3‑5 years) in a similar industrial HSE role.
• University degree (Licence, Master 2, or equivalent).
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly.
