Technical Project Manager – Software Delivery Lead

About the role

Foxcode Experience Labs is seeking a Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead end‑to‑end delivery of software and digital projects. You will work closely with clients, development teams, QA, UI/UX designers, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are planned, executed, and delivered on time and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple software projects from requirements gathering through production release.
• Define project scope, work breakdown structure, milestones, timelines, and delivery plans.
• Coordinate developers, QA, UI/UX, and other technical resources.
• Facilitate effort estimation, resource planning, and track actual vs. planned effort, cost, and schedule.
• Drive Agile delivery, sprint planning, priority setting, and removal of blockers.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, scope changes, and dependencies.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, reports, and action trackers.
• Communicate status and expectations directly with clients and stakeholders.
• Support creation of BRD, SRS/SRD, UAT, releases, and handover activities.
• Participate in technical discussions and coordinate architecture decisions with leads.
• Assist in recruiting and onboarding technical team members.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing software development projects (web, mobile, backend/API, integration, enterprise).
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent project planning, estimation, scheduling, and resource‑management capabilities.
• Experience tracking performance against baselines and handling risk, issue, and change management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, Engineering or related field.
• Professional English communication skills.
