Technical Sales Engineer (M/F)

About the role

As a Technical Sales Engineer at Symloop Technology, you will work on‑site in Setif to bridge customer needs with our technology solutions. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Identify client requirements and present tailored technical solutions.
• Prepare, follow up, and negotiate quotations and contracts.
• Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts.
• Coordinate with internal purchasing and stock teams to guarantee product availability.
• Provide after‑sales support and address any technical issues.
• Report regularly on sales activities, market feedback, and business development opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Proven experience in customer service and sales within a technical environment.
• Experience with purchasing processes and account management.
• Technical aptitude to explain product features to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Previous experience in a similar technico‑commercial role is highly beneficial.
• Relevant education in engineering, technology, business or a related field.
