Technicien de Maintenance Itinérant

About the role

Actemium Algérie is looking for a Mobile Maintenance Technician to support its clients in the oil & gas, electricity, industrial, food and pharmaceutical sectors. The role involves traveling to customer sites, performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment and ensuring safe, reliable operation of installations.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out preventive maintenance checks and verify operating parameters using visual, acoustic and specialised tools.
• Clean, repair or replace defective components.
• Perform minor ancillary works related to site installations.
• Assist in the installation of new equipment or its improvement.
• Complete and obtain client sign‑off on work orders after each intervention.
• Report progress to the site manager and note items needed for quotation preparation.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of maintenance procedures.

Required profile

• Technical training in HVAC, plumbing or related fields.
• 2–3 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Good physical condition and ability to work under time constraints.
• Strong sense of confidentiality and professional discretion.
• Autonomous, organized and methodical with a service‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Reading and interpreting technical plans, schematics and manuals.
• Use of diagnostic and measurement tools for wear and fault detection.
• Preventive maintenance techniques for HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Writing clear intervention reports and work orders.
• Adherence to safety, quality and environmental standards.
