Treasury Specialist

About the role

LG Electronics is looking for a motivated Treasury & Banking Specialist to oversee banking operations, financing activities, and treasury reporting in Algeria. The role ensures compliance with local regulations while managing foreign exchange and interest rate risks.

Key responsibilities

• Manage banking and financing activities, including fund transfers and bank domiciliation.
• Prepare treasury reports and monitor compliance with local regulations.
• Oversee foreign exchange and interest rate risk management.
• Develop and maintain relationships with banking partners.
• Handle import‑related banking processes, including documentary credits (DA, OA, LC).
• Coordinate dividend transfers, salary transfers, and PPI‑related activities.
• Monitor company funds, deposits, and cash management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• 6‑10 years of experience in treasury, banking operations, or finance.
• Strong knowledge of banking procedures, international trade transactions, and treasury management.
• Good understanding of foreign exchange and financial risk management.
• Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
