Value Stream Operations Intern

About the role

The Value Stream Operations Intern will join FieldCore’s Gas Power One Field Services team in Algiers. The internship provides exposure to the end‑to‑end processes that keep power generation equipment running, supporting the company’s mission to deliver reliable and low‑carbon energy.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in publishing outage location information to ensure timely communication across the fleet.
• Support process and library management activities, including documentation updates and data entry.
• Help build business and market cases for new solutions, taking market dynamics into account.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on project execution and program support.
• Participate in meetings with managers and executives to gain insight into FieldCore operations.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (e.g., Licence, Bac + 3/4/5, Engineering).
• Strong analytical mindset and interest in the energy sector.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• No prior professional experience required.
