About the role
Join a dynamic environment where you will support both Human Resources and Administration functions. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will help execute projects, provide guidance to employees, and ensure smooth administrative operations.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR advice across a wide range of topics.
- Maintain and follow up on HR concepts, tools, and procedures.
- Support the HR team in improving efficiency and consolidating general HR practices.
- Contribute to projects that develop or enhance HR and admin concepts across the organization.
- Follow established procedures and guidelines while executing specialist tasks.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to raise awareness of HR’s role and build strong relationships.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant HR or administrative experience.
- Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.
- Clear, structured communication with the ability to present effectively.
- Methodical approach with strong planning and prioritisation skills.
