About the role

The Housing Bank Algeria is seeking a Senior Network Administrator to join its Information Systems Department. The role focuses on optimizing the bank’s network infrastructure, supporting performance requirements, and ensuring reliable interconnections across projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead network installation and redesign projects to improve performance and reliability.
• Gather and address user performance requirements for the bank’s network.
• Implement interconnections between different network segments for cross‑functional projects.
• Provide technical and functional expertise on network aspects during project launches.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams during network deployments.
• Integrate new applications to enhance overall network performance.

Required profile

• Engineering degree in Networks or Telecommunications (Master’s level).
• Minimum 3‑5 years of professional experience, preferably in the banking sector.
• Strong knowledge of IT architecture and information system functionalities.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Team‑oriented, rigorous, and responsible.
