About the role

The Housing Bank for Trade and Finance – Alegria is seeking a Senior Network Administrator to join its Information Systems Directorate. The role focuses on optimizing the bank's network infrastructure, ensuring performance meets user expectations, and supporting cross‑functional projects.

Key responsibilities

• Optimize the existing network and lead upgrade projects for bank network elements.
• Assess and meet user performance requirements for network services.
• Implement interconnections between the bank’s various network segments.
• Provide technical and functional network expertise on transversal projects.
• Act as the liaison between internal teams and external vendors during network deployments.
• Integrate new applications to enhance overall network performance.

Required profile

• Engineering degree in network or telecommunications (Master 2 / Bac+5).
• 3‑5 years of professional experience, preferably in the banking sector.
• Strong knowledge of telecom technologies, internet protocols, and database systems.
• Proven ability to administer complex network systems.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Team‑oriented, rigorous, and responsible.
