About the role

We are looking for a Public Area Cleaning Agent to join our hotel team in Oran. As part of the Guest Environment team, you will help create a clean and welcoming environment for all guests by maintaining public spaces throughout the property.

Key responsibilities

Clean and sanitize all public areas, including lobbies, corridors, restrooms and dining spaces.
Respond promptly to guest requests and replenish supplies on carts and stations.
Move, lift, carry, push or pull objects up to 50 lb without assistance while following safe‑working practices.
Follow Marriott and Le Méridien policies on safety, confidentiality, uniform standards and quality control.
Report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate department.

Required profile

Ability to stand, walk or sit for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
Commitment to a safe workplace and adherence to company procedures.
Professional appearance and communication skills.
Full‑time availability.

Required skills

Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and use of housekeeping equipment.
