AI Product Manager

About the role

INTO AI is seeking an AI Product Manager to own the behavior and quality assurance of AI systems delivered on client consulting mandates. You will define what "good enough" means for each solution, prove it with rigorous evaluation, and act as the bridge between engineering, delivery, and the client.

Key responsibilities

• Define acceptance criteria, build ground‑truth datasets, design labeling protocols, select metrics and set performance thresholds.
• Write and evolve production prompts, input variables, output schemas, model parameters, and handling strategies for uncertainty or errors.
• Scope sprint work, draft clear requirements covering data dependencies, latency budgets and acceptance criteria.
• Conduct sprint demos for non‑technical audiences, facilitate workshops with client subject‑matter experts, and manage scope negotiations.
• Create navigable prototypes that illustrate system states and error cases for client validation before engineering implementation.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to quantify and justify performance tolerances.
• Experience working on AI systems in production environments, preferably within a consulting or client‑facing context.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to business stakeholders.
• Detail‑oriented and comfortable performing high‑volume manual labeling and evaluation work.
