About the role
Zoomlion, a global leader in construction and agricultural machinery, is expanding its presence in Algeria. We are looking for a dynamic Area Sales Manager to drive sales growth, build strong customer relationships, and promote our range of agricultural equipment across the region.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company targets.
- Identify and engage potential customers and key decision‑makers in the agricultural sector.
- Present, promote, and sell Zoomlion’s agricultural machinery and equipment to existing and prospective clients.
- Build and maintain long‑lasting customer relationships.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional materials and campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
Required profile
- Proven experience in sales, especially in agricultural machinery and production.
- Strong knowledge of the Algerian agricultural market.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and able to travel within the region.
- Proficiency in French and/or English is preferred.
