About the role
The company is seeking a motivated and well‑organized B2B sales professional to drive growth across new and existing markets. The role combines strategic business development with talent acquisition partnership and employee mentorship.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to generate business in both new and existing markets.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent.
- Mentor and coach sales team members to achieve individual and collective objectives.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in B2B environments.
- Strong understanding of prospecting techniques and relationship building.
- Highly motivated, well‑organized, and capable of working independently.
