About the role
We are seeking a bilingual (English‑French) Administrative Assistant to support our executives and daily operations on a fully remote basis. This position goes beyond basic clerical tasks, involving active participation in scheduling, client communication, and process improvement to keep our fast‑growing air‑service business running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and organize executive calendars, meetings, and priorities.
- Coordinate appointments, follow‑ups, and daily action items.
- Handle client communications, including calls, estimates, and status updates.
- Maintain internal and external communications efficiently.
- Support ongoing projects and operational tasks.
- Update systems, databases, and workflows.
- Liaise with service providers and internal teams.
- Prepare documents, reports, and basic data analyses.
- Identify gaps and propose process improvements.
Required profile
- Previous experience in an administrative or similar support role.
- Fluent in spoken and written English and French.
- Strong, clear, and professional communication skills.
- Highly organized with excellent time‑management abilities.
- Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proactive mindset, able to act without waiting for instructions.
