Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

About the role

Asomatik is seeking a Chief Technology Officer to lead the evolution of its workflow automation platform from MVP to a scalable SaaS product. The CTO will define the technical vision, build a robust architecture, and guide the engineering team while collaborating closely with the leadership to translate business needs into reliable technology.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall technology strategy for Asomatik.
• Design and maintain a scalable, secure, and maintainable technical architecture.
• Oversee the automation engine, integrations, and API development.
• Improve platform reliability, performance, and scalability.
• Establish strong security, data‑protection, authentication, and OAuth practices.
• Implement development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and incident‑response processes.
• Evaluate and introduce new technologies that add value, including AI capabilities.
• Build, manage, and grow the engineering team as the company expands.
• Maintain technical documentation and development standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading technology or engineering in a SaaS or software company.
• Deep understanding of SaaS architecture, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and third‑party integrations.
• Track record of building and scaling early‑stage software products.
• Strong knowledge of security, authentication, and data‑protection principles.
• Experience managing or mentoring engineering teams.
• Ability to balance technical quality with business priorities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and clear communication skills for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
