Client Service Specialist – Disability Tax Credit

About the role

As a Client Service Specialist you will be the primary point of contact for Canadians applying for the Disability Tax Credit (DTC). You will guide clients through every step of the application, handling inquiries via phone and email while ensuring a smooth, supportive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the DTC process.
• Communicate daily to gather required information and provide status updates.
• Assess client eligibility for the Disability Tax Credit based on medical documentation.
• Draft and send professional emails to clients and healthcare professionals.
• Follow up with clients and medical practitioners to collect necessary documentation.
• Utilize a CRM system (e.g., Salesforce) to track interactions and monitor progress.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in client service or account management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; French is a plus.
• Comfortable using CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
• Experience working with Canadian clients is an asset.
• Strong phone presence and a client‑focused attitude.
