Customer Representative – Women’s Health (Algeria)

About the role

Organon is seeking a Customer Representative focused on Women’s Health to join its Algerian team. Based in Algiers, you will act as the primary liaison between the company and healthcare professionals, promoting Organon’s portfolio and supporting better health outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Engage regularly with healthcare professionals to demonstrate product value and clinical outcomes.
• Execute scientific marketing activities to meet individual and team targets.
• Generate and manage a pipeline of leads and business opportunities.
• Provide accurate clinical and outcomes data to customers.
• Tailor messaging to audience needs and discuss how products meet quality metrics.
• Collaborate with commercial and market‑access teams to achieve shared goals.
• Ensure 100% compliance with PV SOPs and company ethics.

Required profile

• Medical Doctor or licensed pharmacist preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Valid driving licence and own a recent vehicle.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard business software applications.
