Digital Junior Project Manager – English Speaker

About the role

KPMG is looking for a motivated Digital Junior Project Manager who is fluent in English to support the delivery of digital initiatives. You will work closely with senior managers and cross‑functional teams to ensure projects are planned, executed, and monitored effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Support day‑to‑day project activities, track task progress, and organize meetings with clear follow‑up actions.
• Help monitor project costs, resource allocation, and schedule adherence under senior supervision.
• Prepare status updates, presentations, and reports for clients and internal leadership.
• Document project risks, issues, and ensure compliance with internal policies and industry standards.
• Gather and document product requirements, contribute to product roadmaps, and coordinate feedback from users and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in project coordination or product management support.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of project management tools such as MS Project.
• Familiarity with Jira for task tracking.
