About the role

We are looking for a Director of Strategy and Development to lead the group’s growth across multiple sectors such as automotive, construction and food processing. The successful candidate will shape the long‑term vision, drive market expansion and ensure alignment with senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Define and steer the overall development strategy for all business units.
• Identify new growth opportunities, partnerships and national/international markets.
• Prepare strategic development plans in collaboration with the General Management.
• Oversee market studies, competitive intelligence and investment opportunity analysis.
• Represent the group at business meetings, trade fairs and strategic negotiations.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Commercial and Finance departments to implement strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• Master’s level education (Bac+5) in management, corporate strategy, international trade or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar senior role, preferably within a multisector group.
• Strong strategic analysis, negotiation and leadership capabilities.
• Fluent in Arabic, French and English.
