Director Food & Beverage – Multi‑property

About the role

The Director Food & Beverage will lead the culinary and beverage operations across multiple properties, overseeing restaurants, bars, room service and banquet/catering services. Reporting to senior hotel management, the role is responsible for delivering the brand’s service standards, driving revenue growth and ensuring financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement property‑wide food and beverage strategies aligned with brand objectives.
• Manage all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, room service and banquets, ensuring consistent quality and service.
• Monitor financial performance, review budgets, and recommend capital expenditures for equipment and renovations.
• Lead recruitment, training and performance management of the F&B team to achieve high employee satisfaction.
• Analyse market trends and customer feedback to adapt product offerings and pricing.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and brand standards across all locations.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 6 years of progressive experience in food & beverage, culinary or event management, OR a 2‑year degree in Food Service Management, Hospitality or Business Administration with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Proven track record of managing multi‑property F&B operations and delivering profitable results.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning and financial acumen.
