Estheticienne – Spa & Salon Services

About the role

The Estheticienne will deliver professional waxing and skincare services to spa guests, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment. This full‑time position supports the hotel’s commitment to high‑quality hospitality and personalized guest care.

Key responsibilities

• Provide waxing and skincare treatments, assessing guest needs and contraindications.
• Examine skin, hair, and nails to determine appropriate services and recommend home‑care regimens.
• Promote and sell spa and retail products, upselling services where appropriate.
• Escort guests to and from treatment rooms and maintain a clean, well‑stocked workstation.
• Clean, sterilize, and maintain tools and equipment according to safety standards.
• Monitor daily schedules, handle inappropriate behavior, and report incidents to management.
• Maintain a valid esthetician license and complete required safety training.
• Welcome guests, assist individuals with disabilities, and uphold company policies and confidentiality.

Required profile

• Technical, trade, or vocational school degree related to esthetics.
• At least one year of relevant experience in a spa or salon setting.
• Valid state esthetician license.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
• No supervisory experience required.
