About the role
The Guest Service Support Expert ensures food and beverage operations run smoothly by providing hands‑on assistance throughout the service area. You will help create a memorable guest experience by setting tables, supporting kitchen staff, maintaining clean work zones, and keeping supplies stocked.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and arrange tables and dining areas according to standards.
- Assist kitchen personnel with basic tasks and ensure timely replenishment of supplies.
- Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and service stations.
- Verify menu information visually and handle guest inquiries related to service.
- Perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting, and carrying items up to 25 lb unassisted (up to 50 lb with assistance).
- Maintain a safe, hygienic workplace and follow all company policies.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior work experience required; previous experience in a food‑and‑beverage environment is a plus.
- No supervisory experience needed.
- No specific license or certification required.
