Founding Growth Marketer

About the role

Base360.ai builds an AI-powered operating system for short-term rental operators, covering guest communication, reservations, cleaning, maintenance, pricing and reporting. It is looking for a Founding Growth Marketer to reach short-term rental operators and property management companies and turn attention into demo bookings, qualified leads and customers. The role is hands-on and entrepreneurial, working directly with the founder.

Key responsibilities

• Own a growth channel end to end, or run several: set strategy, launch campaigns and take responsibility for results.
• Generate qualified leads and drive demo bookings through paid ads, SEO, outbound, referrals and industry partnerships.
• Understand property managers' operations and what drives them to switch software.
• Run fast experiments on hooks, audiences, funnels and offers, scaling what works.
• Use AI for research, copy, targeting, content production and automation.
• Build and improve funnels and landing pages from first impression to paying customer.
• Work with the founder on positioning and messaging, turning product capabilities into clear reasons to choose Base360.
• Track lead quality, conversion rates, acquisition costs and pipeline contribution.

• Hungry to get great at growth, even without knowing everything yet.
• AI-savvy, using modern tools to test ideas and automate repetitive work.
• Resourceful and self-directed, able to achieve goals without detailed instructions.
• Analytical, comfortable with data, attribution and turning insight into action.
• Cares about commercial results: qualified demand and customers, not just impressions and clicks.

Bonus

• Hands-on experience with paid ads, SEO, outbound, content, lifecycle marketing or partnerships.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, short-term rentals, hospitality technology or marketing to property managers.
