Growth Hacker (Talent Acquisition)

About the role

We are looking for a Growth Hacker who will design and operate innovative talent‑acquisition engines that continuously deliver qualified candidates for our clients. The role blends growth‑marketing tactics with recruiting expertise to build scalable, data‑driven sourcing systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch unconventional candidate sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, WhatsApp, Telegram and other channels.
• Run outreach campaigns, create referral and ambassador programs, and forge partnerships with universities and community groups.
• Develop viral recruitment campaigns and automate sourcing, qualification, and funnel‑optimization workflows.
• Test and integrate AI tools, no‑code platforms, and growth‑hacking techniques to stay ahead of competitors.
• Monitor performance metrics, iterate quickly, and report results to stakeholders.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong creativity and resourcefulness.
• Comfortable using AI and automation tools; data‑driven decision maker.
• Curious about growth, outbound, recruiting and go‑to‑market strategies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to execute ideas rapidly.
