Junior Internal Auditor

About the role

Bank ABC Algeria, a subsidiary of the Arab Banking Corporation (B.S.C.) Bahrain Group and the first international private bank established in Algeria since September 1998, is recruiting a Junior Internal Auditor. The role carries out reviews and assignments in line with the company's strategy and objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out reviews and assignments according to the action plan
• Take part in all phases of the audit engagement, including opening and closing meetings
• Ensure the reliability and completeness of the information gathered
• Check compliance with policies, plans, procedures, laws and regulations
• Protect the Bank's assets and ensure the economic and efficient use of resources
• Report results to the Head of Mission
• Help collect and update the technical documentation of the structure
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Director of Internal Audit

Required profile

• Degree from a well-known university or school
• 1 to 3 years of experience in audit or finance
• Advanced Arabic and French, intermediate English

• Accounting and finance
• Knowledge of banking and financial systems
