About the role
Bank ABC Algeria, a subsidiary of the Arab Banking Corporation (B.S.C.) Bahrain Group and the first international private bank established in Algeria since September 1998, is recruiting a Junior Internal Auditor. The role carries out reviews and assignments in line with the company's strategy and objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out reviews and assignments according to the action plan
- Take part in all phases of the audit engagement, including opening and closing meetings
- Ensure the reliability and completeness of the information gathered
- Check compliance with policies, plans, procedures, laws and regulations
- Protect the Bank's assets and ensure the economic and efficient use of resources
- Report results to the Head of Mission
- Help collect and update the technical documentation of the structure
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Director of Internal Audit
Required profile
- Degree from a well-known university or school
- 1 to 3 years of experience in audit or finance
- Advanced Arabic and French, intermediate English
Required skills
- Proficiency in internal audit techniques and methodology
- Accounting and finance
- Knowledge of banking and financial systems
