Media Buyer - Meta & TikTok (COD E-commerce)

About the role

Scalex Groupe is looking for a hands-on Media Buyer to join its in-house team in Staoueli, Algiers. You will run COD e-commerce campaigns across Algeria, Libya and Tunisia, helping to launch campaigns, test creatives, analyse performance and scale winning ads. The team manages an average monthly ad spend of about $100,000-$200,000, so the role suits someone comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. It is not an entry-level position.

Key responsibilities

• Launch, test, optimise and scale paid campaigns
• Analyse campaign performance and scale winning ads
• Work on COD e-commerce campaigns across Algeria, Libya and Tunisia

Required profile

• At least 2 years of media buying experience
• Has personally managed and optimised paid campaigns, not just reported on them
• Availability to work from the Staoueli office; hybrid may be possible after evaluation
• Experience in COD e-commerce, cosmetics, nutraceuticals or health products is a strong advantage

Required skills

• Meta Ads and TikTok Ads
• Understanding of performance metrics, creative testing, CPA, ROAS and scaling
