Medical Representative – Pharmaceutical Sales

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Medical Representative to promote our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals in Tlemcen. You will build strong relationships with doctors, specialists, and pharmacists while expanding our market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular field visits to doctors and specialists according to a defined schedule.
• Maintain continuous communication with healthcare professionals to meet expectations on product quality and service.
• Implement action plans, monitor results, and analyze market and competitor activity.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and medical policies regarding promotional materials and product packaging.

Required profile

• University degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology, Veterinary or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar medical representative role.
• Fluency in Arabic and French (written and spoken); English is a plus.
• Strong negotiation, communication, analytical thinking and result‑driven mindset.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and pathology‑related products.
• Knowledge of customer portfolio management.
