About the role
We are seeking a motivated Medical Representative to promote our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals in Tlemcen. You will build strong relationships with doctors, specialists, and pharmacists while expanding our market presence.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct regular field visits to doctors and specialists according to a defined schedule.
- Maintain continuous communication with healthcare professionals to meet expectations on product quality and service.
- Implement action plans, monitor results, and analyze market and competitor activity.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and medical policies regarding promotional materials and product packaging.
Required profile
- University degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology, Veterinary or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar medical representative role.
- Fluency in Arabic and French (written and spoken); English is a plus.
- Strong negotiation, communication, analytical thinking and result‑driven mindset.
Required skills
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and pathology‑related products.
- Knowledge of customer portfolio management.
