Primary Market Research Consultant

About the role

IQVIA is looking for a Primary Market Research Consultant to join its Algeria team. You will design, manage, analyze, and deliver primary market research projects for pharmaceutical and healthcare clients, turning data into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Develop questionnaires and discussion guides for quantitative and qualitative studies.
• Lead research projects with internal IQVIA teams and external partners, ensuring timely delivery.
• Prepare report templates, define data tabulation needs, and review offshore outputs.
• Conduct preliminary analysis, identify trends, and create client presentations.
• Build interactive dashboards and perform ad‑hoc analyses using raw data.
• Continuously develop expertise in healthcare consulting and market‑research methodologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Statistics or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical market research.
• Proven track record designing and managing quantitative and/or qualitative projects.
• Fluent in English and French; Arabic is a plus.
