Product Content Specialist

About the role
We are looking for a Product Content Specialist to shape the voice of our digital products. You will craft clear, user‑focused copy that guides users through the app, builds trust, and supports a seamless experience across Arabic, French and English.
Key responsibilities
- Write concise in‑app copy for screens, buttons, onboarding flows and empty states.
- Design helpful push notifications that add value without being intrusive.
- Translate developer changelogs into user‑friendly release notes.
- Participate in product research and user‑insight activities to inform content decisions.
- Maintain a consistent, natural tone across English, Arabic and French product interfaces.
Required profile
- 2–5 years of experience in UX writing, content design or product content.
- Native or near‑native proficiency in Arabic and strong command of English; French is a plus.
- Comfortable using AI‑assisted writing tools and exercising strong editorial judgment.
- Excellent attention to detail and an instinct for appropriate tone.
