Production Associate I

About the role

The Production Associate I supports daily manufacturing operations by handling materials, assembling order components, and ensuring product quality. This position works on the shop floor in a fast‑paced environment, following strict safety and housekeeping standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and sort incoming materials, verifying that all required documentation is present.
• Assemble component trays, kits, or other packages according to customer order specifications.
• Monitor product quality through visual checks, counting, packaging verification, and removal of defective items.
• Follow and comply with all safety, work rules, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain departmental housekeeping standards to ensure a clean and organized workspace.
