About the role
The Production Associate I supports daily manufacturing operations by handling materials, assembling order components, and ensuring product quality. This position works on the shop floor in a fast‑paced environment, following strict safety and housekeeping standards.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and sort incoming materials, verifying that all required documentation is present.
- Assemble component trays, kits, or other packages according to customer order specifications.
- Monitor product quality through visual checks, counting, packaging verification, and removal of defective items.
- Follow and comply with all safety, work rules, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain departmental housekeeping standards to ensure a clean and organized workspace.
Required profile
- Ability to follow documented procedures and safety guidelines.
- Attention to detail when assembling kits and inspecting products.
- Commitment to maintaining a tidy work area.
