About the role
The Production Associate I supports daily manufacturing operations by handling materials, assembling component kits, and ensuring product quality. This position works closely with the production team to meet customer order specifications while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and sort incoming materials and verify that all required documentation is present.
- Assemble component trays, kits, or other packages according to customer order specifications.
- Monitor product quality through regular checks, count packaging, and remove defective items.
- Follow and comply with all safety and work rules and regulations.
- Maintain departmental housekeeping standards.
Required profile
- Ability to follow safety procedures and work rules.
- Attention to detail when assembling kits and inspecting products.
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work area.
