Production Associate I

About the role

The Production Associate I supports daily manufacturing operations by handling materials, assembling component kits, and ensuring product quality. This position works closely with the production team to meet customer order specifications while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and sort incoming materials and verify that all required documentation is present.
• Assemble component trays, kits, or other packages according to customer order specifications.
• Monitor product quality through regular checks, count packaging, and remove defective items.
• Follow and comply with all safety and work rules and regulations.
• Maintain departmental housekeeping standards.
