Purchase Specialist – Automotive Parts Sourcing

About the role

We are looking for a Purchase Specialist to lead the sourcing of genuine OEM and aftermarket automotive parts for our growing platform. Based in China with remote/hybrid flexibility, you will build long‑term relationships with manufacturers and support the development of our private‑label brands.

Key responsibilities

• Source genuine OEM and aftermarket automotive parts.
• Identify reliable factories and manufacturers and verify their certifications (IATF 16949, ECE R90, ISO, etc.).
• Negotiate prices, minimum order quantities and payment terms.
• Coordinate product inspections before shipment.
• Monitor production schedules and delivery timelines.
• Build and maintain long‑term partnerships with manufacturers.
• Report market opportunities and new product trends.

Required profile

• Experience in automotive parts purchasing or sourcing.
• Strong negotiation abilities.
• Good understanding of OEM and aftermarket products.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Chinese factories.
• Fluent in English; Chinese is a strong advantage.
• Honest, proactive and detail‑oriented.
