Purchase Specialist – Automotive Parts Sourcing

About the role
We are looking for a Purchase Specialist to lead the sourcing of genuine OEM and aftermarket automotive parts for our growing platform. Based in China with remote/hybrid flexibility, you will build long‑term relationships with manufacturers and support the development of our private‑label brands.
Key responsibilities
- Source genuine OEM and aftermarket automotive parts.
- Identify reliable factories and manufacturers and verify their certifications (IATF 16949, ECE R90, ISO, etc.).
- Negotiate prices, minimum order quantities and payment terms.
- Coordinate product inspections before shipment.
- Monitor production schedules and delivery timelines.
- Build and maintain long‑term partnerships with manufacturers.
- Report market opportunities and new product trends.
Required profile
- Experience in automotive parts purchasing or sourcing.
- Strong negotiation abilities.
- Good understanding of OEM and aftermarket products.
- Ability to communicate effectively with Chinese factories.
- Fluent in English; Chinese is a strong advantage.
- Honest, proactive and detail‑oriented.
