Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a fluent French‑English speaker to join our remote customer support team. In this position you will assist customers from French‑speaking regions via phone and live chat, turning issues into positive experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, friendly assistance in French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer problems with a solutions‑first mindset.
• Document all interactions accurately in our support system.
• Identify recurring issues and share insights to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads to stay aligned on priorities.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and cultural sensitivity.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
