Remote French-English Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual French-English Customer Support Representative to join our global remote team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them resolve issues and ensuring a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in French and English via chat, email, and phone.
• Provide step-by-step guidance to resolve technical or order-related problems.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our support system.
• Share feedback and insights to help improve products and processes.
• Collaborate with a friendly, supportive remote team.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Strong communication skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Detail-oriented and solution-focused.

Required skills

• Experience with support tools such as Gorgias, Zendesk or similar.
• Familiarity with Shopify, e‑commerce platforms and CRM systems.
