About the role
The Guest Service Expert (Server) at Le Méridien in Oran ensures every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience. Working closely with the kitchen and front‑of‑house team, you will deliver attentive, courteous service while maintaining a safe and clean environment.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and clear tables, ensuring proper presentation and sanitation.
- Take orders, communicate them accurately to the kitchen, and serve food and beverages promptly.
- Assist guests with menu information, answer questions, and accommodate special requests.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, work stations, and service equipment.
- Handle payment transactions and ensure accurate billing.
- Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and uniform guidelines.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Less than one year of related experience preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance) for extended periods.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
