Senior Accountant

About the role

Interpath Advisory, an international and fast-growing advisory firm with expertise in deals, advisory and restructuring, is looking for a highly qualified and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join its Finance and Accounting team. The role sits in an international environment within an innovative, growing organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements.
• Perform financial analysis and provide insights on key performance indicators and financial trends.
• Contribute to the preparation and review of budgets, forecasts and financial models to support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and relevant regulations.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and help maintain the accuracy and quality of financial information and reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and good analytical skills.
• Ability to work in an international, fast-paced environment and to communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Required skills

• Good understanding of accounting principles and applicable accounting standards.
• Desirable: previous experience in an international organisation, financial analysis and reporting, budgets, forecasts and financial models, and knowledge of accounting standards and financial regulations.
