Senior Sales & Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Sales & Marketing Specialist to support the Area Marketing Manager in achieving regional business objectives. The role focuses on generating leads, building client relationships, and promoting our construction equipment portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Area Marketing Manager in meeting regional sales and marketing targets.
• Identify potential customers and create new business opportunities.
• Generate and convert leads while maintaining and developing client relationships.
• Proactively contact clients, assess their needs, and promote the company’s product and service portfolio.
• Recommend marketing tools to increase brand awareness and attract or retain customers.
• Conduct market analysis covering trends, customer needs, demand forecasting, competition, risks and growth opportunities.
• Maintain excellent customer relations and keep the client database up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the marketing department of the heavy‑machinery (construction equipment) industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business administration or a related field.
• Advanced English language proficiency.
• Personal vehicle is mandatory.
• Strong negotiation, verbal and written communication abilities.
• Solid business acumen and ability to navigate complex organisational dynamics.
