About the role
Vivo Mobile Algeria is seeking a motivated Team Leader to oversee its operations in Ain M’lila and surrounding areas. The role involves guiding a small team of mobile service staff, ensuring high‑quality service delivery, and supporting the company’s growth objectives in the region.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily activities of the team, monitoring performance against targets.
- Coordinate schedules, assign tasks, and ensure coverage across all service locations.
- Monitor key performance indicators and report progress to senior management.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Required profile
- Residence in Ain M’lila or nearby area.
- Previous experience in a similar team‑lead or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
