About the role
InventCorp is seeking a motivated Appointment Setter to join its sales team on a commission‑based, full‑time basis. Based primarily in Algiers with hybrid flexibility, the role focuses on generating qualified meetings with prospective clients for the company’s custom software solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and contact potential business clients through phone, email and social channels.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and scheduled meetings.
- Collaborate with sales colleagues to ensure smooth hand‑over of prospects.
- Use Microsoft Excel to track performance metrics and pipeline data.
Required profile
- Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
- Proven experience in sales, lead generation or appointment setting.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
- Goal‑driven mindset with a proactive attitude.
- Experience training or guiding clients is a plus.
Required skills
- Microsoft Excel for record‑keeping and analysis.
