Conversational Data Collection Associate (Audio Recording) – Arabic/French

About the role

We are looking for native Arabic and French speakers to take part in a conversational audio recording project. Participants will simulate customer support interactions, either individually or with a partner, and record approximately one hour of natural dialogue.

Key responsibilities

• Record audio conversations following provided prompts and role‑play scenarios (Customer or Support Agent).
• Speak naturally and clearly in Arabic, French, or both, depending on assignment.
• Ensure recordings are made in a quiet, noise‑free environment.
• Upload the audio files according to project instructions.
• Re‑record any sessions that do not meet quality standards.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic and/or French as required by the assignment.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and role‑play scripts.
• Available to complete about one hour of recording per assignment and possible re‑recordings.

Required skills

• Computer or laptop with internet access.
• Working microphone or headset.
